The ComfortSleep pillows and overlays are guaranteed to maintain their original shape for 5 years from date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.
The ComfortSleep mattress is guaranteed for 10 years from date of purchase to maintain its original shape.(plus or minus 10% variance) The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties. This guarantee is based on normal domestic use with total weight of user(s) not to exceed 30 stone (420 lbs). Guarantee does not include continuous use of the mattress or use in commercial situations (hospitals, hotels etc.) This guarantee is Pro Rata. The first 5 years are a full guarantee and the remaining 5 years are reduced by2/10 the value of the mattress each year. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only, it is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by 3rd party transport of the mattress to another location. This guarantee covers the foam portion of the mattress only. The cover is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. Any cover defects must be reported within 90 days of purchase.This guarantee has no cash value, it can only be applied towards a new mattress from our range.
